FUCKD3SIRE Return and Refund Policy
1) Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Gift cards, personalized items, final sale items, and accessories are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Condition and proof of purchase: Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, verification codes, and tags intact. A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label or shipping instructions. Please use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If a partial return is requested, the refund will reflect the proportion of items returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2) Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the preferred size/color is out of stock, you may opt for a refund per the above policy or receive store credit.
3) Defective or wrong item
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assessment. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
4) Refunds method and timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference at the time of processing. Allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after the item is received and inspected.
5) Non-returnable items
- Final sale, clearance items, or items marked as non-returnable at purchase.
- Intimate apparel or worn/swimwear unless there is a defect covered by our policy.
6) Care and processing tips for customers
- Repack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include the return authorization number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
